In this video you'll find the Hip Mobility exercises - I show the abductor rocks from the front and side. If you see me tap my back or holding my hips that is a reminder for GOOD TECHNIQUE. Remember, only use a range of motion that is comfortable for you, and never increase reps above 15. Try to do this 3 times through as an exercise session, EXCLUDING THE AB CHALLENGE. That is done on its own. :)
